I am an experienced design leader, accessibility professional, and dining and c-store expert with more than 20 years obsessing over customers and infusing purposeful advocacy for all into experiences that delight. I grow and lead teams that innovate on award-winning, inclusive product, service, and connected environments experiences across a variety of industries domestically and around the world.

I have a Master of Science with distinction in human-computer interaction from DePaul University. I’m also a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC).
